Blacksail Productions is a full-service video production company serving New York City from our studio and edit suites in Locust Valley, about an hour east of Manhattan. We shoot across all five boroughs — Midtown offices, Brooklyn warehouses, Queens soundstages, rooftops and street locations — without carrying a Manhattan lease, and that difference shows up in your quote.
Our crews are licensed and insured, know the Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment permit process, and arrive with redundant gear packages so a 6 a.m. call in the Financial District starts on time. We've produced work for Tag Heuer, Lexus racing, Bedgear and Ceramic Pro, and the same team handles a two-person interview setup and a multi-camera commercial. Need a studio day? Ours is a short drive out, with parking.
